Training is an important part of a company’s food safety program. This training App is brought to you by the National Mango Board and focuses on handwashing. This is the single most important activity employees can follow to prevent mangos from becoming contaminated. Since employees use their hands to handle mangos, it is very important that they learn the appropriate handwashing procedure, as well as when they need to wash their hands to prevent mango contamination.
Each Mango Food Safety Training App includes interactive activities, videos and quizzes to ensure employees are engaged throughout the course. At the end of each App, there is a multiple choice quiz or an activity to verify the employee has properly learned the information presented in the App.
